This page explains what this website (maitre.zaphenath.app) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the website only. Venues that use Maître have their own privacy notice for their guests.
Who we are
ZaphLabs builds Maître. Headquarters: Kigali, Rwanda. We also work from Phoenix, Arizona. Write to us at admin@zaphenath.app.
What the demo form collects
When you book a demo we keep what you type: venue name, your name, your role, city, whether the venue opens by day, by night or both, WhatsApp number, email (if you give one), the plan you are thinking about, the best time for the demo, and whether you want a founding venue place. We also note the time you sent it and whether you used the page in Night or Day mode.
We use it for one thing: to contact you and set up your demo. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who sees it
- The ZaphLabs team, through admin@zaphenath.app.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site, stores the form in its database and runs the bot check.
- Our email provider, which carries the form to our inbox.
These services may keep the data outside Rwanda. [For the lawyer: confirm what Law No 058/2021 on the protection of personal data and privacy requires for storing this data outside Rwanda, and our registration with the National Cyber Security Authority.]
Stopping abuse
To stop floods of fake requests we keep, for about 24 hours, two scrambled codes: one made from your internet connection and one from your number. Neither the address nor the number can be read back from them. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a robot, is sending the form.
No tracking cookies
This site sets no cookies. We count page views and a few clicks (Book a demo, plan choices, form sends, Night and Day switches) as totals per day, with no name, number, address or device identifier attached. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts visits for us without cookies. Your Night or Day choice is saved only in your own browser.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted by our team. [For the lawyer and the CEO: confirm this period. The deletion is a manual step today; nothing deletes it automatically yet.]
What you can ask
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to us using it. Write to admin@zaphenath.app from the number or email you used and we answer within 30 days.
